Design Manager
Job description
1、After receiving the project design, according to customer's functional requirements, collect relevant information, organize and design team to analyze the project, design scheme, and design the overall control of the program. Communicate with customer for project plan in time, responsible for project design and implementation, responsible for project quality;
2、Participate in interior design project organization and management, according to the design task to the team to carry out the task allocation, and responsible for the whole project progress control;
3、According to customer requirements, the organization of the project design for targeted changes;
4、Participate in the design work, drawings, materials set samples, tracking of project quality;
5、Assist other major and other departments to do the design and construction work;
6、Construction of high efficiency and high quality design team, targeted to the group of personnel to carry out technical training, improve the design level of team members;
Job requirements
1, college degree or above, major in interior design, professional skills, with a new design concept, to grasp the forefront, innovative design techniques;
2, familiar with the design process, to understand the basic knowledge of interior design, familiar with the relevant materials and interior design and construction process, from the program to the construction plan as a whole project operation ability;
3, with strong coordination and communication skills, understanding ability and analytical skills, high work enthusiasm, good team work spirit;
4, integrity, honesty, mature, open-minded, confident, able to skillfully use professional software to express their own design concept;
5, with team management ability, can lead the team to complete the work of high efficiency, can work under pressure.
